Selecting Items in Search Results
To select all items in search results, click Edit > Select All.
To clear all selections, click Edit > Clear All Selections.
There are two ways to select individual items in search results:
(1) Hold down the Ctrl key and click on a filename to select it, and hold down the Shift key and click on a filename to select all of the files between that filename and the previously-clicked filename.
(2) If you prefer to use checkboxes, click Options > Preferences > Search Results, and check the box to include checkboxes in search results. This will add a checkbox next to each item in search results, making it easier to select individual items from a long list of retrieved files.
